Instagram has no font picker — here is what people actually use
Instagram gives you no way to change the font of your bio. What you see on other accounts is not a font at all: it is Unicode characters that look like decorated letters. Because they are real characters, they survive copy-paste and show up on everyone's device.
Where you can paste styled text

- Name field — not the username, which only accepts plain letters.

The trade-offs nobody mentions
Two things most generators leave out. First, screen readers cannot read these characters properly: a fully styled bio is unusable for blind visitors. Second, Instagram search indexes them poorly — a styled keyword in your bio makes you harder to find. The sensible approach is one styled line, everything else in plain text.
